Anonymous said: Hi! Can you tell a little more about what will be covered in Monday night's Pattern Reading class? Will we be learning how to do different stitches called for in patterns? And is it too late to sign up? Thanks!
We will be learning to read the patterns and do some of the most frequently used stitches. We will also learn how to measure gauge. You can sign up on Sunday for Monday night’s class

Anonymous said: Saw an ad from you in Newsday. You list Needlecraft, but when I looked at your website (which did not seem to have an email contact) you only seem to have knitting. I was hoping for embroidery. We only have one cross stitch store on LI and no stores that sell surface embroidery and yet there are 3 chapters of the Embroiderer's Guild of America on Long Island.
Thank you for your interest. We currently have crewel and needlepoint kits. You can see some of them on www.facebook.com/looponmain. Hope to see you in our store.
